This update brings relief and excitement to thousands of candidates awaiting further instructions in the Indian Navy’s Agniveer recruitment drive. The shortlisted candidates will now move forward to Stage 2, which involves a computer-based online examination, followed by Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and Medical Examination.
To access the results and admit cards, candidates must visit the website and log in with their credentials. The results contain details like roll number, selection status, and center allocation for the Stage 2 exam.
The Agniveer scheme is part of India’s new military recruitment strategy introduced under the Agnipath initiative, aiming to enlist young candidates for four years of service, after which a select percentage will be retained in the regular force.
Important instructions for Stage 2:
-
Candidates must carry a printed copy of the admit card and a valid photo ID to the examination center.
-
Physical fitness preparation is essential, as Stage 2 involves tasks such as a 1.6 km run, push-ups, and squats.
-
Those clearing Stage 2 will undergo medical tests before final selection.
The Indian Navy has also advised candidates to beware of fake recruitment agencies and follow only the official channels for communication and updates.
