NTA issues hall ticket for all science subject candidates on official portal
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the CSIR UGC NET July 2025 admit cards, enabling registered candidates to download their exam hall tickets from csirnet.nta.ac.in. The exam is now scheduled for July 28, 2025, in a single-day format for all science subjects.

Candidates can now access their CSIR NET July session admit cards via the official NTA portal using their application number, date of birth, and security code. The admit card includes essential exam details such as subject, shift, venue, and reporting time.

NTA rescheduled the CSIR-UGC NET exam to July 28, 2025, consolidating all five science subjects—Mathematical Sciences, Life Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Physical Sciences, and Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean & Planetary Sciences—into a single-day exam format.

Important Instructions for Candidates Checklist for Exam Day
Candidates must carry a printed copy of the admit card along with a valid photo ID (such as Aadhaar, Voter ID, or Passport) and passport-size photographs. NTA has reminded aspirants to arrive well before the reporting time stated on the hall ticket.
City Slip and Exam Details
Prior to the admit card release, NTA had issued the exam city intimation slip, informing candidates of their designated exam cities to help plan travel and logistics. This slip is separate from the admit card but equally important.
Exam Pattern and Subject Timing Morning and Evening Shifts
The exam will take place in two shifts: the morning session from 9 AM to 12 Noon and the afternoon session from 3 PM to 6 PM, depending on the subject group. Candidates must verify their shift timing on the admit card carefully.
