CAT 2025 Exam Notification Out Now

The Common Admission Test (CAT) 2025 will be conducted on November 23, 2025, in three sessions. The official notification, issued by IIM Kozhikode, outlines the exam schedule, eligibility requirements, and application procedures. Registration for the exam will begin on August 7, 2025, and continue until September 15, 2025. Interested candidates should apply through the official website www.iimcat.ac.in.

Eligibility and Exam Pattern

To apply, candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwD). Final-year undergraduate students can also apply.
The exam will follow a computer-based format with three sections:

Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension (VARC)

Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning (DILR)

Quantitative Ability (QA)

Each section will have a time limit of 40 minutes. Candidates must attempt all three sections in one sitting.

The application process includes:

Registering with a valid email ID and phone number
Filling out personal and academic details
Selecting preferred test cities
Uploading documents and photograph
Paying the registration fee (₹2,400 for general category, ₹1,200 for reserved category)
