Bentley EXP 15: A Vision of Electric Luxury
Bentley Motors has officially revealed the EXP 15 concept, a bold step in its transition toward an all-electric future. Showcased at its newly redesigned design studio in Crewe, the EXP 15 represents the brand’s interpretation of what an ultra-luxury electric vehicle should look like—sleek, opulent, and technologically advanced.
Exterior Design: A New Bentley Language
The EXP 15 sports a striking five-meter-long silhouette that merges elements of a sedan, SUV, and grand tourer. Moving away from the traditional circular headlamps, Bentley introduces vertically stacked LED lighting and a fully illuminated hexagonal grille. The design also features sculpted rear arches, a high ride height, and Bentley’s reimagined Winged B logo, symbolizing a new chapter for the brand.
Inspired by the legendary 1930 Speed Six “Blue Train,” the long bonnet, upright proportions, and coachbuilt-style presence create an unmistakable visual signature.
Interior: Craftsmanship Meets Innovation
Inside, the EXP 15 offers a truly luxurious and versatile cabin. It includes a unique 1+2 seating layout—with one driver’s door and two rear doors—allowing the passenger seat to rotate for easy access and even serve as a lounge seat or pet carrier. The interior uses sustainable and high-end materials like wool, polished wood veneers, and 3D-printed titanium.
A standout feature is the “phygital” dashboard—a hybrid of physical craftsmanship and digital innovation. A rotating center dial called the “Mechanical Marvel” displays the vehicle’s battery level, compass, or time, depending on the driving mode.
Future Tech and Production Plans
While the EXP 15 remains a concept, it is expected to heavily influence Bentley’s first electric production vehicle, set to debut in 2026. The upcoming EV will use a new electric platform offering high-performance capabilities, fast charging, and cutting-edge software integration.
The EXP 15 also showcases advanced features such as ambient lighting portals, a panoramic glass roof, personalized fragrance dispensers, and in-built luxury accessories like champagne chillers and picnic storage.
