Tata Motors Launches 2025 Harrier EV with Cutting-Edge Tech and AWD
Tata Motors has officially launched the 2025 Harrier EV in India, priced from ₹21.49 lakh (ex-showroom). This marks Tata’s entry into the premium electric SUV category, expanding its electric vehicle lineup after the Nexon EV and Punch EV.
Built on Tata’s new ‘acti.ev Plus’ platform, the Harrier EV is offered in two battery configurations — 65 kWh and 75 kWh, delivering a range of up to 627 km on the MIDC cycle. The SUV is also available in rear-wheel drive (RWD) and a more powerful all-wheel drive (AWD) version, making it Tata’s first AWD electric vehicle.
In terms of performance, the AWD variant generates an impressive 390 PS power and 504 Nm torque, capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6.3 seconds.

The Harrier EV will be available in multiple variants — including Adventure, Fearless, Empowered, and a special Stealth Edition. Bookings officially open on July 2, 2025, and higher trims are expected to be priced up to ₹30 lakh.
